Thank you for shopping with Cardi Bri The Nail Plug. Each set is carefully handmade to ensure quality, luxury, and long-lasting wear. Because of the custom and hygienic nature of our products, please review our refund and return terms below.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to hygiene standards and customization, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Order Issues or Damages

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

• Your full name and order number
• Clear photos of the item(s) and packaging

Once reviewed, we’ll work with you to provide a replacement or store credit if applicable.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds are only approved under special circumstances, such as:

• An item proven to be defective upon arrival
• A mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped)

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.
